Introducción
The Master in International Law LL.M. is an international postgraduate Law degree for recent graduates in Law, lawyers who want to improve their law knowledge and practice in an increasing global economy scenario and other persons with interest in developing their career in the International Law framework. The applicants must be able to attend and dedicate one year to the programme as a full-time student. It is also mandatory for all the students to have an outstanding knowledge of the English language, as English is the official language of the LL.M. programme and therefore all the lectures are given in English. Thinking globally is the aim of the Master in International Law LL.M.: globalization and economic crisis is transforming the practice of law becoming more international. Nowadays, even family business are likely to face complex issues involving employment and immigration law, international trade issues and sophisticated tax and health law regulations. Thus, the programme is desig ed to appeal to both local and foreign students who wish to obtain a specialist qualification in International law, international relations and foreign trade. The knowledge of International law is important to graduates for different reasons: public international law has taken into account the effects of globalization and the necessity of protecting general and common international interests; it is also a reality the importance of the International Community, and in consequence of international relations and foreign trade. The Master in International Law wants to reflect this broader perspective. In order to practice law with enough guarantees, it is necessary for the lawyer to acquire practice knowledge and the correct application of it. This learning mechanism can only be acquired in the Centres which are in actual contact with the main local and international Law Firms. Objetivos
The Master in International Law LL.M. was born with a clear objective: to transmit a mechanism of legal reasoning and consequently, a preparation in legal practice in all the subjects, with the aim to gradually aspire to the specialization. The student will also be instructed in international relations and foreign trade, necessary nowadays with the actual worldwide economic system. ISDE has created a practical and effective system, after several years working, based on learning through real cases and using the same methodology as a real lawyer. That is the reason why the education is provided both in the academic headquarters and in the Law Firms. Thus what it is learned is the application of the law, the detection of legal problems, the legal reasoning and the appropriate draft claims. Nevertheless this is only the first phase of the Master, since in the second one the students have an internship in different prestigious Law Firms and national or international legal consultancies. ISDE believes that the legal practice is not based on fictitious problems, but on real cases. This is why we have the best professionals: lawyers, lecturers, and economists, who make up a perfect team and understand each other perfectly.

RequsistosTITULACIÓN MÍNIMA REQUERIDA: Licenciatura en Derecho o Licenciaturas combinadas con Derecho, ya sea por una Universidad española o extranjera. El Master Internacional en Asesoría Fiscal aceptará cualquier Licenciatura o Ingeniería Superior. Nivel medio-alto de inglés, exceptuando aquellos programas que se imparten en inglés, para los cuales será necesario tener un nivel Proficiency de este idioma. PROCESO DE SELECCIÓN: Las personas interesadas en estudiar uno de los programas Master deberán superar el proceso de admisión consistente en: Presentación del curriculum vitae y certificados académicos -Entrevista personal -Pruebas de selección (test de motivación, test psicotécnico, prueba de razonamiento jurídico y prueba de nivel de inglés) -Presentación de una carta de motivación -Presentación de una carta de recomendación
